Sunday June 3rd was a glorious day at Los Lagos Golf Course in San Jose—it was the 5th annual Tim Griffith Foundation Golf Tournament.
There were over 45 in attendance for golf and a BBQ lunch. Tim and Josh’s uncle Marty (Redman) is the director of this traditional event and was key to the establishment of this tournament as well as continuing on as our annual director. The winning team this year was Team Cunningham, Al and Patrick Cunningham and Michael Sa. They finished with an impressive 58! Tied with Team Cunningham was Team Barrows—Jim, Scott and Brian Barrows and Budd Lemos - the tie breaker left them in second place which is great! Team Wilson came in 3rd with an impressive 59 for their 5th straight year of play in the tournament.
The prize for Accuracy went to Nick Jackson, Longest Drive went to Eric Wilson and Closest to the Pin went to Marty Redman and Leo Bley. Prizes were given to the winning teams and there was a great raffle as well with SF Giants Tickets, Wine Country Basket, Putter and much more.
